Should there be a need to rechamfer or widen the chamfer dimensions of the pipe's spigot end before jointing / installation?

• NO NEED TO
  Because the spigot end of the pipe had already been pre-chamfered based on standarrd reqquirements of BPS during manufacture. The more alteration done on the chamfer, the more it will become susceptible to breakage or busting during pressure application.
